How do we re-rope a flagpole?

The rope slid out of out 15 Foot flagpole. How do we re-thread the rope, short of climbing it or replacing the pole?

The pole should lift out of the hole, try this first, then if that fails, look carefully as to how it is set into the cement. There has to be a way, that it is firm into the concrete. If you can lift it out, then do so., and then re-string your flag, and put this back into place. If this way fails, then I would ask a man, who is familiar with this process, and ask for his input in this area. Blessings to you, Sudie. J. -
