i have heard you can take fine grit sand paper to it. But better check with the company -

If the cut isn't too deep you can sand it out. If you decide to do it yourself make sure you don't dish the surface while sanding. If the cut is deep you may want to have the folks that supplied the countertop come out and make a repair for you.
