Cabinets are old, insulation doesn't seem to be very good.

Sadly I haven't found anything that resolves that problem short of lining the back with styrofoam and losing depth in the cabinets.

you Can get foam board insulation that is about 1 inch thick. Cut with a serrated knife, and put on back wall of cabinet.

Can you locate a space where the draft is coming from? You can stick some weather strip over the area

To help find the source of the draft(s), lick the back of your fingers, between the first and second joints....
Then slowly move those moistened fingers near any joint in the cabinet......
Caulk or tape over the draft sources.
Keep going until you have eliminated all drafts, no matter how small.
Same technique works great for windows, doors, and closets built on an exterior wall.
