Get on the roof with a hose, have someone in the attic and do section by section. Inspecting each area carefully. This site will explain in further detail.

Naomie's suggestion is what I have done. If you have an attic have someone in it. I would take a hose on low pressure and hose down the roof in small sections. Once the other person sees a leak you generally in the area. Most of the time I found that flashing around vents or vent pipes weren't sealed properly.
