How to revive the color of a faded jacket?

My black jacket trimmed in red is in good shape but has become very faded. Is there any way to revive the color? Since it’s two colors there is no way to dye it.

They sell fabric paint and spray. I don't know if you would want to paint the entire jacket though, but maybe cover the red trim and spray the rest with fabric spray.
