Brr! Drafty windows- how to cut the draft?

I have 3 sets of windows configured like this...very drafty, How to you winterize them? There is nothing in the corner to stick tape to. Thank you

You'll find videos for making "door draft dodgers" on a Google search. Measure the dustance from floor surface to bottom of door, at three points. The largest measurement will tell you how tall you need to make these, for your door bottom.
If air is entering from top or sides of door, you need to install insulating strips along the width and length of both sides of door, so it shuts firmly against these strips. Strips are sold at home stores.
Measure the gap space before purchasing.
