How do you replace a sliding inside door?

But the door to fit and screw on a set of sliders. But new ones as the old ones run down -

The door slides into the wall. There is not any way I can see what kind of sliders are on the top of it. It fits tight into the wall and it doesn't lift up since it is a tight fit. Thanks for your replies.
