I have a doggie door on my West walk-through door in my sunroom and when the dogs go out and come back on a windy day, The door stays open and close wind in the house. How can I block it with something to where the dogs can still get in and out but the wind won’t blow in and out

    Magnets

There are magnets there and they are great magnets but when the dog goes in and out and the wind is blowing so hard, the magnets can’t pull the door back closed after the dog lifts it up

That's one of the downsides to a doggy door. Yes, the flap should have magnets on it to stick to the frame. If, not can you attach some? Another thing to try is to build a small "fence" or plant a shrub on the outside a little ways away from the door to block the wind.
