The best fix is to replace it. If you are set on fixing it you can try taking the door off and placing it on a flat surface. Fill the hole as best you can with crumpled up paper making sure it is below the surface of the door. Apply thin coats of body filler until it is flush with the surface. Sand and paint.

They are cheap enough to replace, any repair will stand out and usually dont last. You could spend more trying to repair it.
