How do you end backsplash tile if it is not straight like subway tiles

Looking at backsplash tiles. How do you end if they have irregular edges?

cut them on a straight line and put a trim piece up. -

Get a tile cutter and cut them all to be straight. There are "end caps" with bullnose (rounded ends) that can be put on at the end of it to give it a finished look.- See 1 previous

That is why you need to rent a tile cutter. Or leave as is for a more eclectic look.
