What can I do if I hate my backspash?

Does anyone know what I can do to my backsplash to make it livable? The is nothing wrong with it except the color do I need to have it removed or is there something easier I can do?

Rustolem makes a tile paint. You could paint it.
If it is formica, you can get a paint that will cover it. Since you did not say what kind of backsplash you have, I am not sure what else to suggest.

How to Paint Your Backsplash Tile
How about brightening the counter top space with colorful pottery or a framed piece of art on a small stand. Block the gray with a plant or two, lean a nice cutting board. Add a colorful window treatment or rug. Paint the other wall with color. Probably not the answer you were looking for...but I can't see painting tile... but do what makes you happy!
I agree with Edie. I'd try not to paint myself because *personally* I don't like the look of painted grout and I do like the texture of unpainted tile. Painting is more ok to me if using white paint because grout is often white. But if you are thinking of using a warm color, be sure you'll be happy with the grout matching the painted tile. Really though go for whatever makes you happy. If your tile is pretty new, you might be able to purchase a few pieces to test how painting will look on that tile.
