How can I fix ceramic tile?

I picked a brown rectangle ceramic tile for a bathroom. After installation it looks like it has spots and is dirty. No matter what I do it does not look clean.

Try some of these. If none work probably the coloration in the tile itself.

No. It woulod etch and scratch the glaze.

The stains look like something was spilled on the tile when tilers cleaned it after installation
