In a manufactured home is it a good idea to tile the bathrooms?

I too own a mobile home and I did put tile in the small bathroom. If you are worried about the structure of the home, you can add an additional structural support underneath the home.Helpful Reply -

If it's been in place awhile, it shouldn't be shifting much more. My parents had one and they had tile without problems. I'd make sure to have spare matching tiles in case you need to replace one or two later and go for it!Helpful Reply -

Even a stick built house has shifting. Tile will be just fine in a mobile home. Be sure to use a backer board to prevent cracks. And regarding peel and stick tiles.... They are not waterproof. You will be much better off with real tile or actual vinyl flooring.Helpful Reply -
