Where can I use Red & orange small ceramic floor tiles ?

That depends on finding a place in your decor where these colors will fit. I used left-over black and gray tiles and additional purchased white and dark gray to make the backsplash in my kitchen. I've seen table tops covered in ceramic tile too. With a wooden edge they really look sharp. -

You don’t say how many you have, but maybe a backsplash in the kitchen if the colors will work there. Or perhaps outside on the top of the steps coming up to the entry door. -

outside on top of the steps coming up the entry door sounds nice thank you. I have alot not sure of the # but definitely enough to do the part of the steps no one steps on. That might look nice.
