Clean tile very well, final wipe down with rubbing alcohol. Star in center and work you way out. Make sure you draw on tile guide lines to stay staight.
Can't. Tiles need a smooth and level surface to adhere.. The old tiles would need to be removed. I also would not use self stick tiles on a floor. Wall or backsplash is fine.
you will have to get a self leveling mixture apply that first make sure all is nice and clean the put down the self stick tiles.
