How can I upcycle several boxes of picture frames?

Picture frames can be hot sellers at flea markets, thrift stores, rummage sales, and on sites like Craigslist and Marketplace. If you don't want to use them for yourself for various DIY projects you can sell them or donate them. Here are some ideas if you want to be inspired!
