You can paint them and use them for trash cans, a wood holder (if you have a fireplace), a large floor vase with some pretty fake foliage. Add handles and make them look like a galvanized bucket for farmhouse decor. Tons of storage/decor possibilities. -

When doing much holiday baking...store baked goods by stacking inside.good to place on foam plates and wrap over with Saran. With the cover on you can store cans with no mice, insects, etc getting in. -

I used mine for dog food and another smaller one for bows for gift wrap. They work perfect in the garage too. -
