I have used contact paper before on a side window, I have also used a glass covering paper to make it look like crystal or painted glass window. Found these items at Lowes/Home Depot.holdsup very good!Helpful Reply -

Gallery Glass Window Color is an inexpensive way to add a clear coating that results in a distorted image from the outside. Its sold at most Walmarts and craft stores for a few dollars per bottle. 1 bottle will cover a large area. It can be applied in many ways and is easily removable if desired.Helpful Reply -
