Do you have craft materials you are not using? Well, here is a great DIY I did with a spare frame I had. I love making holiday decor without really having to buy new materials. I bought this at the 99 cent store a while back and hadn't used it so I grabbed my craft supplies and here is what I came up with!

Here is my before and after. Read on to see how I made it!

Supplies you’ll need:

Frame

Mini broom

Vinyl

Mini witch hat

Mini bat

Mini witch shoes

Contact paper

First, we need to cover the frame with the contact paper. I used that as my new background. This was left over from another project but I had originally bought it at Walmart.

Just peel and stick it over the original picture. if you start at the top and push down as you go along, it’s not too hard. Then, just smooth it out to make sure there's no bubbles.

Like this.

Next, I printed "Witches Brew" on vinyl using my Cricut. Looking back I think black vinyl would have been better but I didn't want to redo it.

Then, remove the tape at an angle so you don't pull the letters off.

I took some clip on bats from the Dollar Tree and clipped it to the bottom of the pot.

Next, I used hot glue and glued the pot onto the frame.

I wanted to make the witch's legs coming out of the pot so I used a scrap piece of cardboard to make the legs. I then glued on black pipe cleaners to make stripes for her socks.

Then I glued on her shoes that I had.

I glued the legs down to the right side so it looked like she fell in.

Then I glued on the hat and broom.

I think it’s a cute redo! What do you think?

I love how it came out! It’s cute and fun. It can hang or sit on a table. I added it to the rest of my Halloween decor.

Here it is!
