Dot D Collett on Sep 08, 2015I agree, stretching the fabric while is wet is the only thing that might work. You might want to invest in a special tool to do this.Helpful Reply

Joan on Sep 08, 2015I read recently that soaking the cloth in fabric softener works for shrunken wool sweaters and like fabrics. Try spraying with half softener and half water. Do not put in dryer. If the cover is cotton, I'd use an organic product like seventh generation.Helpful Reply
