Gold Metallic Painted Antique Settee

See the before and after of this gold metallic painted antique settee I bought at the flea market in Canton, Texas. The wood-work on this piece is amazing.
After - Metallic Painted Antique Settee
This settee is very sturdy and was well worth the $100 I paid for it but it clearly needed some TLC. I liked the fabric but it was very dirty and worn.
I transformed my piece with gold metallic paint and Anna-Maria Horner fabric.
The upholstery work was pretty simple. I used a staple gun, rotary cutter, and hot glue to attach the fabric and trim. If you work with fabric - a rotary cutter is a must have.
