Doctor Who Cyberman Head

Do I have any fellow Doctor Who lovers here? I'm a huge geeky fan of the show and one of my favorite villains are the Cybermen. I thought it would be fun to create a defeated Cyberman's head as part of a display.
It all started with a styrofoam head.
My husband and I took turns filing, carving, and shaping the head so that it resembled a Cyberman.
We added on the ear panels using more styrofoam and styrofoam screws.
To make the top of the head, we used some small pipe and more styrofoam.
Once everything was attached, I started spray painting. I used silver spray paint and then used some black, blue, and brown paint to work on details.
I stuck some bits of cable into the bottom of the head.
This was definitely a labor of love and our Cyberman head has made appearances all over the house. This Cyberman won't be hurting anyone! For full details and more photos on how I created this, please check out my blog post!

I love it Albion! I remember my hubby watching Doctor Who when we first got married and thought it was weird. Then the new series came out in '05 and I can't get enough of it! I love it. One of these days I want to watch the originals and see if I like them now.
