How do I keep glitter on items?

With Thanksgiving upon us and Christmas just around the corner glitter will be every where around my house. Not only that but I will have to purchase new decor next year if and when it rubs off. How do I manage to keep it on? And be able to reuse my beautiful decor...

Even clear spray paint will work, but make sure to put on many light coats of what ever you use and go at it from all angles too. You'll know when you have enough when after it's dry glitter doesn't come off in your hands when you touch it.

I use a spray adhesive and let dry and then a matte spray.

agreed...I find that id rather use a glitter paint vs. a spray or glue/loose glitter. start with the right product vs. having to deal with the glitter everywhere!!! if it's something you purchased, seal it BEFORE it comes into your house! and keep a roll of clear tape in your purse and/or in your car ;-)

Mod Podge is the perfect answer! It also is available in glitter forms!
