How can I donate a bathtub?

I live in NYC and I will be removing my bathtub. I would like to donate it but I have no transportation nor do I live anywhere near the donation sites listed. Can you help? Jean H

Some donation centers will pick them up.Try looking up profits for humanity society.

Since you did not give you location, I'm not sure this will help, but check to see if you have a Habitat for Humanity in your area. You can put in your own info at the link below to see if there are any near you. http://www.habitat.org/env/restores.aspx

I live in NYC too so I know what a huge hassle it is to donate stuff here. Here are a few places that may be willing to pick it up for resale if they believe they can fetch a good price for it:
