What to use to clean dried paint off of anything?

I have excess dried paint on screens and outside items..what do I use to clean it off?

    Try rubbing alcohol

    I use Murphy Oil (home depot, not sure walmart, but check) is excellent...I even use it on clothes and brushes....

    I use a little mail polish remover on a cotton ball. Just be sure you don't take off more than you want to.

    Have you tried laquarer thinner?

    Krud Kutter is the best by far. You can find it at Lowes.

    Krud Kutter works great. No strong smell. I get it at Lowes.

    Awhile back I didn't get a five gallon container of deck stain sealed properly and it blew over in the high winds we often get here. It was a mess as it splashed all over our vinyl siding and screens. I used steam to loosen it and brushed it off. I was so happy it worked as I'm very careful not to use chemicals unless I absolutely have to.

    Soak them in undiluted Murphys oil soap for a day or 2.
