How does one measure for exterior wood shutters and how close to the window sill are they to be fastened?

      @Janet, here's a friendly tip on how to make a clickable link. All you have to do is left click once in the address bar at the top of any page you want to link to. It will highlight the whole address. Then right click on that and choose "copy" from the drop down. Come back to where you want to post and left click so you are in the reply box. Then right click again and choose "paste" from the drop down. That's all there is to it.
