My kitchen tile is installed under the cabinets. Is there any way I could change the tile without removing the cabinets?

Take off the front "Kick-plate" board at the base of the cabinets and use a masonry saw blade to cut the tile as closely as possible to the cabinets. Install your new tile and replace the kick plate.

You will need a rotary saw that will allow you to make the necessary cuts under the cabinets.

Here's a video showing the removing of old tiles and another showing how to go about getting your new one.

Just treat the edge of the cabinets as you would a wall edge of the floor.

I agree with Darla. If you have any edges that are not totally flush then install a thin corner molding, I did this this summer and the only things that I removed were the stove and fridge. Good luck

I am having trouble seeing full answers, but I appreciate all the helpful suggestions. I am a little worried that the tile pieces under the cabinets may crack leaving an unstable base.
