Pink Tile Bathroom ReDo

Yes it is possible...........There is hope past the horrible Pink Bathroom from the '60's. We finally got it finished, after months of living with it being dismantled and unusable. I moved into this house about a year ago, and my new husband ( who has lived here for 14 years) says he never even noticed the pink. I ask, "How could you not???"
We fell in love with the curved shower doors, which provide more elbow room than standard doors. I know people say glass doors are a pain, but I can't say I have noticed yet. We faithfully squeegee them after each shower.
It is a joy to enter each morning now. There are still things to do (like try to update the "orange stained" bathroom door to match the new closet door. But, hey, at least I can use it now.

Curved shower doors. The window interfered with the shower stall, so the stall needed to be cut around window. (and yes, I know.....I have a lot of products in the tub area!)
Curved shower doors, what a delight. New six panel closet door.
ceramic tile
found this wire basket in the laundry room, spray painted it, added some mason jars, and have a cute candle holder

Taffetal on May 19, 2016I have exactly the same pink sink and tub!!! I figured it's 1960s and if I wait a couple more years it will be back "in". Your reno has made me reconsider.

What did you do with the Pink Tile? Did you just replace it?
