As part of the Home for Fall Blog Hop, I wanted to make a wreath with real apples and I didn't want to glue or tack the apples to the wreath. I wanted to make it look like a basket or "shelf" full of apples. Using twigs and mulch pieces, I created a wreath shelf.
Fall is all about the harvest for many people, especially in the Midwest where the sight of fields being plowed is synonymous with the leaves changing color...and the promise of cooler weather and cozier moments.
The basic supplies are:
Using an apple to visualize where to place the apples, chalk marks are made.
