Thankfulness Tree for Fall

In the spirit of fall and Thanksgiving I decided to make a "thankfulness tree" to help us remember all of the things we have to thank God for.
I'm sharing this as a part of the "Home For Fall" Blog hop powered by hometalk. If you want to see TONS of other amazing fall DIY's just check out the hashtag.
This project consisted of purchasing an adorable 24" birch LED tree, and little chalkboard hang tags. Then we just listed things we are thankful for and hung them from the tree.
Here's a pulled back look at more of my fall decor. This "Give Thanks" banner ties in perfectly with our thankfulness tree.
