Scrap Wood Table Runner
I am so excited today to be participating in the Hometalk Home For Fall blog hop! My project was inspired by my desire to have a tray/platform for our dining room centerpiece that would contrast with the dark wood table top.
I started with three 12 inch by 12 inch plywood squares, but for me by my friends at the HD.
Layers of stain and paint created a weathered look.
The metallic accents (door plates) connect the boards in to a proper "table runner", and add the rustic farmhouse style I love. Be sure to check out the details at my blog, Reinvented (link is below!)
