Washi Tape Project Roundup

Have you heard of washi tape? It's a decorative tape made of natural fibers that had its start in Japan. It feels like masking tape and is slightly transparent. The most appealing aspect of washi tape is that the colors, patterns and designs available are endless. Because there are so many varieties, the crafting and DIY opportunities with washi tape are bountiful. My first experience with washi tape was with my wedding invitations. I used strips of yellow and white washi tape to seal the envelopes. From that point on, I was hooked. Below are my top 5 favorite washi tape DIY projects for the home. Hopefully one (or all) of them will inspire you to pick up a roll and try it out for yourself!
