Have you looked at resourcefurniture.com great ideas there
No, thank you I will. Thanks for answering.
With the right furniture selections it could be simple to convert a bedroom into a multi function office.
Well, it depends on your space - how large it is, where are the windows located, and what do you need as far as your work is concerned.
You can start with a desk and a side table to sit a printer on. I have a tall bookcase in my office for books & manuals and the bottom has doors so I can hide away my office supplies (file folders, printer paper, etc). I also have a whiteboard above my desk & a cork board - but those are items I need....you may not necessarily need those.
One of the most simple ways to make a desk is to purchase two filing cabinets and place a piece of wood on top for your work surface. You can also go to Home Depot or Lowes and find a piece of laminate countertop that would be your work surface. They're pretty and very solid. Just head to the kitchen counter area in either of those stores and you'll see they have pieces already cut that could work for you.
Best of luck! Post a picture once you have it completed.
