Being a retail store owner, the holidays usually sneak up on me. I always decorate late! But this year, my Thanksgiving Decor was up the day after Halloween! I am soooo proud of myself but I must give kudos to Home Depot for the great clearance items I found-especially those lanterns. And thank you to Lowe's for the wonderful pennant banner!
Entryway at The Blue Building Antiques!
The entryway at my store is my most important wall in the store...it's the first real glimpse my customers get when they step through the door. So it needs to be inviting and stylish!

Cornucopia from Home Depot Clearance!
Nothing says Thanksgiving like a cornucopia stuffed with gorgeous fall foilage and harvest items! At home I always use pilgrims as well!

My best buy in a long time are these beautiful lanterns. I grabbed the last 2 on clearance at Home Depot on Halloween. I can already visualize how to use them for Christmas! Repurpose like a champ!
Proud American and War Eagle (we're in Bama)!
This magnificent eagle has a 4 feet wing span! Isn't he glorious??? I am always thankful for my country and her brave veterans this time of year!
