Upcycle This: Dryer Lint

by BrightNest
Lint can be used for everything from DIY kindling to bedding for your pets. Plus, doing crafts will remind you to change your lint screen regularly, which is important in order to prevent fires in your household.
1) First, collect your dryer lint. Every time you dry a load of laundry, clean the lint screen. Once a month, clean out the actual dryer hose. This saves you money by keeping the dryer from excessively heating your home, and cuts down your risk of having a fire.
