DIY Holiday Pillow Covers From a $3 Target Dollar Spot Blanket

$3
15 Minutes
Easy
These cozy buffalo check plaid Christmas pillows are made from a $3 Target Dollar Spot fleece blanket! It only took about ten minutes, and now I have awesome new holiday decor to match our woodland Christmas theme!
I was dying to get my hands on some of the cute holiday pillows from the Target Dollar Spot this year, but after visiting every Target within 25 miles, I came up empty handed with no pillows to be found.
At the very last Target I visited, I spotted these $3 fleece blankets in the perfect buffalo check plaid pattern to match our Christmas decor, and I decided to make my own pillow covers instead.

All it took was one single cut, five minutes, and two quick straight seams per pillow!

SUPER easy peasy! You can find the full details and tutorial used at Happiness is Homemade.

How do I get the directions for making the pillows? Nothing I click on opens up anything.

Yes! That's my kind of a diy project....quick and cheap, yet looks amazing!

I made two just exactly like these for my Christmas decorating, but I wasn't as smart as you. I bought the fabric at JoAnn, and it was NOT cheap! Doesn't it cozy things up?!
