Regina on Nov 30, 2015Not sure if it would solve your problem or not, but a bonding primer will help paint stick to most surfaces without sanding or stripping. Most paint and big box stores sell bonding primer. I used it on kitchen cabinets without sanding and the paint held beautifully.Helpful Reply
