Old Chair New Life

This is a chair that had been stowed away for a very long time. Seeing it was stuffed with straw, I knew it had some age to it so I decided to do some research on this chair and found it’s a Louis XV style Fauteuil armchair.
I painted the frame using Martha Stewart's antique gold paint
The frame was in great condition
Recovered the chair in a chenile pile white fabric and accented it with a cheetah print pillow. Here is her new look
She's a great addition to my home
