How can you hang artwork on vinyl shakes?
We're having a new home built. The front porch will have shakes (vinyl I believe). I know there are special hangers you can purchase to hang items on siding but do you know if there are hangers for shakes? I'd like to hang artwork, perhaps house numbers and other pretty things on our porch - but don't want to damage the shakes. Thank you! ~~~Mary

I use the hangers on my vinyl siding and the vinyl shakes do not appear to be any different than the vinyl siding except the appearance. The hanging are simply placed between the layers of the vinyl siding so I dont' know why they wouldn't work on the vinyl shakes.
