Jonnie Hammon on Dec 20, 2015Have you tried to place a hot iron on it? If that does not reactivate the glue, the best glue for it is a two part epoxy, or you could super glue it. I have done that too.Helpful Reply

Nancy on Dec 20, 2015Counter top contact glue. Spread a thin coat on both surfaces with cheap foam brushes, wait till tacky (see label) and press & roll together, works great. You can use painters tape to "clamp". Not all trim work is iron-on, but you can buy that type but the color may not match.Helpful Reply

Carole Bisby on Dec 20, 2015I have the same problem, I am very upset that cabinets are even made that way, they should be painted. I now am in the process of deciding what to do, get all new kitchen or just new doors and drawers.Helpful Reply

Nth2552025 on Dec 21, 2015the glue is wax based - you could try hot iron on top of the tape and move from one end to the other - if that does not work, take a hot glue gun and run a bid of glue and press the strip down or you can use the iron.Helpful Reply

Ann on Dec 26, 2015Try warming the glue that's already there with a blow dryer. When it gets really warm try pushing down the vinyl. Don't use the blow dryer directly on the vinyl because it can melt it.Helpful Reply
