How to Paint "Bubbles on the Wall"

We had standard white walls in my daughter's bedroom. Jordan wanted color on her walls. We opted to create a combination of both her favorite colors in a unique "bubbles on the wall" effect. Below is how I achieved this look.

Here are a list of the tools I used to make my own stencil... Stencil Paper, Exacto Knife and compass. On one sheet of stencil paper I traced out 4 circles and cut out. You could also use different shape bowls turned upside down.
I painted the bubbles all around the room, with a combination of light green and blue. I turned the stencil in multiple combinations to create assymmtry and layered the circles ontop of each other once paint was dried underneath.
