GrandmasHouseDIY on Jan 12, 2016Standard shower drains are 1.5, I did the same thing and went out and bought 2 inch pipe and then I took it back and bought 1.5 inch pvc instead. You can go ahead and just convert it to 2 inch at some point, no harm done.Helpful Reply

Tom10575067 on Aug 23, 2016This is in the top of the shower. My problem is that I will have to cut it out because it is not unscrewing from top or bottom. So I got replacement pieces on a whim, lack of sleep and what the stars is on most shower lines. drain repairs ChristchurchHelpful Reply
