When Stucco Removal Is Necessary
This photo was taken after we removed stucco that had been improperly installed on a home. When stucco is improperly installed, water drips behind the roof flashing (the metal used to keep water from leaking into a structure) which causes rot. If you're having stucco installed, make sure you're informed of the installation process to avoid rot, termite damage, and in this case, structure failure!
