Garden Rebel / Sims Landscaping, Co. on Jan 24, 2012You need to try the Garden Rebel method of feeding more often , starting in the spring. I would use epsom salts, bone meal and Azalea food and be sure to water in.Helpful Reply

Mike and Anne on Jan 24, 2012Confederate Jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides) is usually listed as a plant hardy in zones 9 and 10 so it would be rare to find one living outdoors in Raleigh. People in the warmest section of zone 8 can get it to survive in a very protected location. The white, very fragrant blooms make it a nice houseplant if you have the space for it. Occasionally plant societies or club groups will sell the yellow flowered jessamines (Jasminum) as Confederate Jasmine. The location you describe would be a good location for jessamine but it is slow to establish.Helpful Reply
