A beautiful plant. I've seen quince grown as a hedge and it has an eye popping look in full bloom. Has anyone every made quince jelly?

I was given homemade quince jelly once, from someone who brought it all the way from France. Heavenly stuff.

My Grandma used to make quince preserves. We had a quince tree on the farm and I used to ride my little horse to go fetch them for her. That is the only quince tree I have ever known of. Ah, times gone by! The preserves were wonderfully sweet and meaty.
