Is it re-tiling your backsplash? Covering the bathroom vanity in concrete? Ripping up the carpet on your stairs?
Unless you're a totally fearless DIYer (and power to you if you are), you probably have that ONE project you're still a bit too nervous to try and do yourself. So, it's time to spill - what is your most intimidating 'if only' project? And more importantly, what do you think it would take to make you feel up to the challenge? Let us know, so we can cheer each other on!!

Barbara Valenti on Feb 20, 2016We have a spot that my dog tore in my Kitchen which is sheet rock. I have a piece to put in and do mud, but I have never done that before. Alittle nervous I might not get it to match up. Guess I'll find out soon enough. I have put this off for 3 years I am ashame to say. I have it covered up right now so its not as noticeable.

Swinnen Lisette on Aug 30, 2016I have dark brown hollow doors and want to paint them in white. That's no problem I think, but I also want to put in some windowpanes so the light from the rooms can come through in the living room. Or replace the doors with french doors but I am not sure how to do that. I bet the hinges will not match.. Do I have to get out the wood around the doors ?
