Standard Nightstand Gets Glam Makeover With Metallic Paint

Lost & Found
by Lost & Found
I was contacted by a client who wanted to take her basic, mass-market nightstand and make it over into something really unique. She was hoping to have it coordinate with the round table she was using for her second nightstand, which had an antiqued mirrored top and oil-rubbed bronze legs. I knew Fusion Mineral Paint Studio Metallics would be perfect to use on this piece to give it that glam, one-of-a-kind look she wanted.
The key to making this piece look classy and not cheap was layering the metallic paint, so that the end finish had lots of visual depth.
This paint is so amazing--highly pigmented and has fantastic coverage. And just like the rest of the paint in the Fusion Mineral Paint line, it has no VOC's and will cure up to be waterproof, stain-proof, and highly durable with no topcoat required.

Here's a sneak peek of the finished product. If you want to see how I layered the colors and the whole final piece, please visit my blog below. Thanks!!
