Dan's of Central Florida, Inc. on Jan 30, 2012We will need some more details in order to give a general/ballpark figure. It depends on quite a few things such as is this a remodel or a house addition? How big? Ground floor or other? What types of materials do you want to use? Etc. Then there are differences in your local labor rates that can affect whatever numbers somebody here throws out to you.Helpful Reply

SawHorse Design Build on Jan 31, 2012John- we can come out for free and give you some ideas of what it would cost. There are the costs of the addition to calculate with the bathroom finishes being a large variable. We would also need to look at the other systems in the house to see if they need upgrading as a result of the addition loads on the house.Helpful Reply
