Feather Duster Wall Art Copycat

I saw Brittany Merth post her feather duster wall art and I was inspired to make my own! I'm always looking for something artsy to hang on my bare living room walls and really don't want to spend a lot of money. I'm always looking for something unique, and this really did the trick! All I needed to buy was a feather duster, blank canvas and some paints!

It tickles me that this "new" technique is causing such a stir. We oldies were doing this 40 years ago. I did one complete wall in my bedroom. Loved it then, would probably love it again. It takes less time and is much more forgiving than regular

Honestly I really liked the beginning first layer the best with the white canvas showing through. Great idea!!!

I am inspired. I have been wanting to make a piece of wall art and I wanted to use a Peacock stencil as a silhouette. Now I know what to do in the background. THANKS!! Yours looks so good!
