A TV upgrade caused us to need a new furniture solution in the bedroom. I found this industrial shelving unit and painted it gold to use as a media cabinet for the tv, cable, and DVD player.

What a great idea @Jae! I'm glad I scrolled down after answering a question about industrial shelving. You'd never guess it was an industrial piece now. It's perfect for the end of the bed too.
